Feb Update

So we are just finalising our orders for the 2010/2011 snowboard season.

Subject to approval of one or two of the brands, next season we should hopefully be stocking K2, Vokyl, Nitro, Union, Flow, West Beach, Electric, Dakine, Avalan and bolle along with all current brands.

Back to this season however we have just started dealing with F2 Snowboards and SP Bindings, unlike other brands these ones are available all year around so are perfect fro trashing around the fridges (snowdomes) on.

We have also just started doing Demon Snowboard accessories and body armour, we have quite a lot of this in stock and again this will be available all year round.

Looking forward to the summer we have also just sorted out first longboard order and you can can excpect to see boards appear in the store at the start of March.

Other new stock in the last couple of weeks have been Blueprint, Autobahn, Razor, Theeve, the spring daking drop (tons and tons of dakine bags, luggage and sports bags all in the shop now), Bawbags and chuck buddies.

Anndddddd we are just about to start stocking salt rock and rip sticks.

A Winters Post

So its been a pretty busy December all round.

The thing is with December in business, you do 90% of your trade in the first three weeks, then it goes quite to the new year. This year has been no exception and the added work load means we have been burning the midnight oils to keep on top.

However, stayed on top we have and after a final manic day tommorow we hope to close up for our well deserved christmas break.

However over the christmas period we have a big list of products to get up onto the website so despite the shop being closed for a short while, our online store will be even bigger on our return.

Long Days & Late Nights

So since about nine this morning i have been working pretty much non stop on some website improvements, once im finished you will be able to shop by brand which is a groovy little feature, but is taking a mega long time to implement. Determined to get the day off tommorow though so may clock up another hour this eve.

In other news we need to get the shop ready for christmas shopping on the 4th December, all the roads in the town are closed off for a few hours and the shops (ours included) are open late.

So here begins the christmas rush, but on the upside i should get a week off between christmas and new year:o)

So i spent the best part of yesterday and today recording some video reviews of our complete streetboard collection and some of our mountainboard collection - which should help get the shop some online promotion. You can see the videos at.....

Just doing some odds and sods around the shop today, hoping the wind will be good for kitesurfing tommorow but looks like its going to be all over the place with loads of places predicting different wind levels and directions! We will see what hunstaton weather station is saying in the morning.

Black&White Get a Blog....

So we now have a proper blog with RSS feed for all our musings.

Had a bit of inspiration to get some fresh promotion going, so here we are.

Had a few enquirys about some of the local lads doing work experience here which i need to have a look at and there are talks of a snowboard holiday with some local friends of the business, all sounds very exciting.
